Everytime I get into shape I cheat on my wife (on my 3rd) /girlfriend. If you're in shape and good looking you're just asking for trouble, as least if you are like me and immdiately start trying to get laid the second a woman glances you way, fuck, it's like a drug. I like to keep on 20 - 25 pounds, any less than that and I start noticing women taking an interst and it's down hill from there. So do yourself a favor and just enjoy eating whatever you want,and not working out. Jack off if you're alone and horny and remain happily with the woman you love.
